Can switchable film go on glass that is already installed?

Yes. FilmbaseNV switchable privacy film is applied to existing glass. The glass and the frame stay. This is not a full window replacement.

What does the switch actually do?

A switch changes the filmed glass between clear and private. It is used on conference rooms, offices, clinics, and reception glass where people need both an open look and privacy.

What do I receive in my sample order

You will receive Smart Film, 12 inch by 6 inch, Dye Liquid Crystal Film in grey, 12 inch by 6 inch, and a white frame sample, 7 inch by 5 inch. One controller and USB connector combo. Shipping to your door is included. The price is USD 100. You will need a USB power source to power your sample film.

Who installs it in Las Vegas?

We have certified technicians who can come to your job site to do the measurement. Then we will provide the quote for installation. If you have your own tint installing technicians, we are happy to provide instructions on how to install and help you along the way.

How is a job priced?

Material is priced per square foot after the glass is measured. Installation is quoted separately, because each site is different. FilmbaseNV confirms the install price after a site review.
